Seven Bridges hosts a wide variety of "drop-in" style sports sessions each week, providing athletes of all ages, and varying skill levels, an opportunity to work on their skills, get in a work out, and have some fun. Many of these sessions typically result in a pick-up style game taking place, with some being dedicated specifically for skill development (see descriptions below for full information). Anyone wishing to participate in any of the drop-in sessions just need to check-in at the front desk of Seven Bridges and pay the drop-in fee. STICK & PUCK - [ALL AGES]
Stick and Puck sessions are an opportunity for hockey players of all ages to get out on the ice to practice their skating and stick handling skills with a puck. These are non-competitive sessions and no scrimmaging is allowed. We recommend that all participants arrive at least an hour prior to start time as only 30 players and 4 goalies are allowed per session. All spaces are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Requirements: Skaters that are under 17 years of age must wear full equipment. Players that are 18 and older must wear a helmet and gloves, at minimum. No organized practices or scrimmaging is permitted.
Rat Hockey sessions are an opportunity for hockey players, ages 18 and up, to get out on the ice for a good old pick up game. We recommend that all participants arrive at least an hour prior to start time as only 30 players and 4 goalies are allowed per session. All spaces are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
